3 oz Prosecco
2 oz Aperol
1 oz Club Soda
Fill a large wine glass with ice. Add Prosecco, then Aperol, then Club Soda. Stir briefly and garnish with an orange slice.
Salted Pecan Old Fashioned
1 oz Blackland Texas Pecan Brown Sugar Bourbon
1 oz Blackland Rye
2 dashes Fee Bros. Black Walnut Bitters
1 pinch of salt
Combine all with ice and stir briefly to chill and dilute, pour over a large ice cube and garnish with a candied pecan.

1.5 oz Cimarron Reposado Tequila
.5 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
.75 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Agave Syrup
(2 dashes Scrappy's Firewater Tincture to make it spicy)
Combine all in a shaker tin, add ice and shake until chilled and diluted. Pour over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and a salted rim.

4 oz 1724 Tonic
1/2 a bag of Tricks of the Trade botanicals
Add all to large wine glass with ice and enjoy!
